Our Story

As you undoubtedly know – We have a big war on talent in the West. Especially technical talent is extremely scarce and expensive. Still, we deliberately choose not to bring Nepalese developers to Europe, as many other recruitment parties do, and here’s why: The infrastructure in Nepal is frail, and the political situation has been unstable for years.

The economy is weak, and there are hardly any jobs. Certainly not for highly educated people. As a result, the talented young people who should build a new Nepalese economic system are disappearing abroad. Instead of brain-draining the country, we want to create highly skilled jobs in Nepal and beat the Western European war on talent in a sustainable way.

Here we are today 80 people strong, ready and fired up to go!
